Blood libel against Israel goes unchallenged on Canadian TV

TVO's prime time daily show The Agenda with Steve Paikin dealt on Friday, October 30, with the question whether the Palestinian wave of violence is in fact the beginning of a third intifada.

Two interviewees were invited to provide their point of view: Yoni Goldstein, Editor of the Canadian Jewish News, and Khaled Elgindy, a fellow in the Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings and a former advisor to the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah on permanent status negotiations with Israel from 2004 to 2009.

Presenting distorted facts, Khalid Elgindy put the entire blame for the Palestinian violence on Israel and at the same time argued that "a third intifada would be much better for everyone" as it would be orchestrated by "political" organizations and have "political" goals.
