Canadian radicals known, but not being charged

Canadian intelligence services know of dozens of homegrown radicals, but the RCMP isn't charging them.

This became clear Monday during CSIS director Michel Coulombe's testimony before the Senate national defence and security committee.

Coulombe put the current number of Canadians abroad engaging in terror-related activities at 180 - with 100 of those in Iraq and Syria and the rest in various other countries.
