Stop Abortion

This country banned abortion and now, abortion promoters can't believe their eyes!

“Outlaw abortion and abortion won't stop. Women will just do it illegally and women will die!"

Or so the argument goes... But facts are pesky things, and they show that the opposite is true in Chile.

According to new research from the MELISA Institute, since Chile's ban on abortion, not only has maternal health improved but the number of women seeking illegal abortion has plummeted!

Will you march for life at this crucial time in Canada’s history?

Campaign Life Coalition is gearing up for its 20th annual March for Life on Thursday and is calling on pro-lifers to come to Parliament Hill to proclaim: "Life, We stand on guard for Thee."

"If you haven’t made plans to attend yet, do so now," says Jim Hughes, president of Campaign Life Coalition, Canada’s national pro-life lobbying group.

"The thousands of Canadians who march will send a strong message to politicians of all stripes, Liberal, Conservative, New Democrats, that Canadians haven't forgotten and will never forget the child in the womb."

The March coincides with celebrations of Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation, and it also comes a little over two weeks before the Conservative Party of Canada leadership convention.

In the ensuing 24 hours, Prof. Dawkins defended his position amid an onslaught of criticism that saw some accuse him of advocating eugenics.

As many as 18,000 children are aborted annually late in pregnancy in the U.S., but such babies will be protected by law if two Republican Congressmen have their way.

Trent Franks, R-AZ, and Marsha Blackburn, R-TN, introduced the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R.36) in the U.S. House of Representatives yesterday. The bill institutes a national ban on all abortions on babies who are 20 weeks or older, in order to prevent fetal pain.

"More than 18,000 'very late term' abortions are performed every year on perfectly healthy unborn babies in America," Franks said, adding that the babies are "torturously killed without even basic anesthesia."
